Life Coach

At Peggy Sealfon-Stonewater Studio, clients learn how to release all struggles and supercharge their lives. To assist her clients, Peggy draws on her wide range of trainings in psychology, neurosciences, functional medicine and lessons she’s learned from  teachers including world-renowned yogi master Gurudev Amrit Desai.

Along with other personal development experts and life coaches, including Jim Britt (Tony Robbins' original mentor), Peggy shares insights into how to achieve life balance and thrive. Here is an excerpt from a chapter in The Change titled: "An Integrated Life Is the Way to Authentic Success."

As far back as I remember, I was a workaholic, an adrenaline junkie. I perceived these as desirable traits of successful people. I believed that if something wasn’t working, I had to work harder to make it happen. I catapulted myself into projects without taking time to eat or sleep. In my mind, I was accomplishing great things and on my way to making huge fortunes. If I stopped, I could lose momentum and end up a total failure. My thinking was distorted.

Order The Change to read how Peggy eventually learned how to reduce her anxiety, relieve stress, and find authentic success that endures.

In addition to offering her services as a life coach, both in one-on-one and group coaching settings, Peggy offers free coaching tools, such as 3 Minutes to De-Stress, a quick guide to reducing anxiety and stress. Through her life coaching programs, you can learn how to be happier, healthier and truly live the life you desire.
