We are pleased to announce that Elizabeth Hammett is the Director of our Chinese Outreach Program
We are delighted to have Elizabeth as the director of this important Pinnacle program. She is fluent in spoken Mandarin and reads and writes both traditional and simplified characters. Elizabeth obtained her Ed.M. at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she studied Global Competence and Curriculum Development. Among her presentations is “Three Faces of Multiculturalism.”
Elizabeth is a native of Wellesley and has lived in mainland China and Taiwan.
Elizabeth's role is to provide hands-on assistance to every Pinnacle agent when they are serving Chinese buyers in order to improve the experience, the quality of service and the information they receive.
