Okay – sounds like colder weather is once again on its way here!  We at Whittemore Sprinkler Company suggest that you PLEASE COVER YOUR BACKFLOW PREVENTER WITH A HEAVY BLANKET OR RUG making sure the copper pipe that enters the ground is covered tightly.  That is where your system will break if it freezes!  We are doing our best to get all the winterizing done as soon as possible, but bear with us – it does take time!  Call if you need to be sure you are on the list or get on the list or is you have a specific day in mind that you us to come winterize!
