What makes Menadena different from hundreds of other Digital Marketing firms?

Ben Robertson:

We identified a gap between digital marketing and communications technology for businesses that serve their customers by phone. We serve e-commerce customers where the goal is to optimize the sales funnel to generate more online sales. But for phone sales, we found most businesses are not thinking like this. A customer calls, listens to a recording, waits 30 seconds, and then gets dropped to voicemail. We can improve that experience by having a live person pick up the phone within 2-3 rings. The result is better conversion rates and happier customers. Technology presents many opportunities and pitfalls. By focusing on how technology impacts the customer’s digital journey we improve the customer experience.
