Remove tub area walls to the studs.

Supply and install a Sterling #71240110 tub with walls, chrome trip lever drain and chrome Moen T2133 Posi-temp tub/shower valve hooked up to the existing plumbing.

Install a chrome shower curtain rod.

Repair the walls around tub area. No painting or flooring included.

Haul away all job debris.
