The past two weeks I have received several phone calls asking if I could do a local move TODAY!  My knee jerk reaction is to ask would you call a roofer to put a new roof on that day or your realtor to sell your home that day?  Then my kinder side thinks WOW what happened to your movers?

Unfortunately, I cannot and will not send a moving crew to your home with no notice and no walk thru or written estimate.  I do not have movers and trucks sitting around.  We are one of the few movers who will come out and do a walk thru prior to move day.  We do not want to come ill prepared, under staffed and then leave you feeling like we purposely low-balled your move just to get it.  I never want a customer to feel like we “GOTCHA”.  

Tressa Hankins and Brandy Manos are more than happy to provide an honest estimate for your local or long distance move.  It may not be the price you were quoted from another mover but they do know the moving business and will give an honest estimate based on what they are told will be done and what is in front of them.  We also carry the required licenses/permits, insurance and Workers Comp coverage.  Our national van line affiliation is with Atlas Van Lines and we are approved by all branches of the military to handle moves for our enlisted soldiers.  There are many rigorous standards that have to be met to qualify as an Atlas agent and approved mover for the U.S. Military.

I do not ask the potential customer which mover left them in a lurch.  People don’t need to explain they just need a solution to their problem!  I do tell them my first available move date and will get either Tressa, Brandy or myself out that day to give them an estimate.  

Wagoner Moving has always made it their practice that if we book your move we don’t “bump” you for a bigger job.  We have lost our share of moves because of date conflicts.  We always offer alternative dates and hope the customer has flexibility but if not we apologize and wish you well.

Please read reviews, ask for an in-home estimate, listen to the advice of Tressa and Brandy and then choose your mover.  We won’t get every move but we know we gave an honest, forth-right estimate and advice.
