We have a beauty shop, game room, library, fitness center, spa, beautiful community rooms, along with 3 patios that overlook the baseball fields and bluffs.  On-site activities and community outings are provided.  Each apartment comes with an emergency call system, microwave and refrigerator.  Included in your rent:  expanded basic cable, tenant laundry, bi-weekly housekeeping, weekly linen changes, heat, air conditioning, water, garbage removal, walk in showers, free parking, and 24-hour staffing.
