3 Tips for Displaying Jewelry at Your Store, Manhattan, New York

A jewelry display should show off the best of your collection. When done properly, it will draw people in for a closer look and potentially boost sales. Once you have your new pieces in from your jewelry manufacturer, give them the presentation they deserve with the following tips.

How to Display Your Jewelry Collection

1. Put Similar Items Together

The display looks best when similar items are put together. For example, if your pieces have a few different types of stones in them, put the same colored gems next to each other.

You can also put coordinating sets of rings and earrings together. This makes it easy for the customer to find that they’re looking for without searching the entire collection.

2. Keep It Organized

Use displays that will keep your collection organized. Earring cards, necklace holders, and tubular ring displays make it easy for customers to see the jewelry and point out what they need. Make sure your staff straightens up the display throughout the day.

3. Create a Theme

The display should be inspired by your jewelry style. For example, if you sell fine diamonds, pieces displayed on black velvet with lights shining down will show off the sparkle. If your jewelry manufacturer created a funky turquoise collection, a Southwest-inspired display would be appropriate.
