Happy Wednesday! Halfway to the weekend! Here’s the window we’re featuring this week:

This is a customer in Edgewater, Kentucky’s house. JFK Window and Door installed these windows in November. There are 400 series tilt-wash double hungs on the second floor, Cottage style tilt-wash double hungs on the first floor, and tilt-wash double hungs with half rounds above them in the dormer.

You can tell the difference between the cottage style double hungs (first floor windows) and standard double hungs (second floor windows) by looking at where the sash bar is on the window. In a cottage style window the top sash is shorter than the bottom sash.

Grill:Interior removable colonial style grills. Renaissance style interior removable grills in the dormer windows.
