Rubi Rose Made $100,000 on OnlyFans in Just 2 Days Using Instagram Photos

Rapper Rubi Rose made $100,000 on OnlyFans in just two days by posting photos that were already on her Instagram account.

The Atlanta-based rapper invited her followers to subscribe to her OnlyFans on Saturday—and clearly thousands of her fans did—as by Sunday she had made $22,000.

Rose then posted a screenshot of her OnlyFans account which revealed that by Monday—two days after she created her account—she was in the top 0.32 percent of creators and that her pending balance was $106,784.

She is now charging followers $49.49 for a monthly subscription and hitting back at those who have criticized her.

OnlyFans is an online platform for creators to monetize their content that was launched in 2016. Content creators invite their fans to subscribe for a monthly fee, which gives them access to exclusive content.

It is used by artists, writers, fitness influencers, and more, but has become known for being used by sex workers who share nude photos and pornography.

However, during the lockdown, the online market has become saturated, with sex workers who are unable to work turning to OnlyFans for a source of income. Those who earn through sites like OnlyFans are also suffering due to followers canceling their subscriptions because of financial struggles.

Rose posted a photo of herself with cash on Twitter and said: "Remember when yall made fun of me for not getting a flight back? Now a b**** might buy a plane."

In May, Rose flew to see rapper Lil Tjay in New York for his birthday. After an argument over another woman texting the rapper, Rubi Rose wanted to leave but Lil Tjay apparently would not initially pay for her flight home, although he claimed that he later did.

Rose also responded to those suggesting she couldn't afford her own flight back by filming herself holding stacks of $100 bills, claiming she just didn't like spending her own money.

While Rose has achieved financial success from her OnlyFans venture, some fans are accusing her of being a "scammer" as she charged fans for photos she had already shared and that are accessible for free on Instagram.

Rose advertised her new OnlyFans account to her 1.3 million followers on Instagram stories with a photo of herself and another woman in which they appeared to be nude. However, those that subscribed to Rose's account discovered in the uncensored photo that she had used the rose emoji to cover up their bikinis.

According to other Twitter users, Rose also posted a photo or video of herself folding clothes on OnlyFans, as well as photos she had already posted to social media.

The rapper defended her OnlyFans content and said: "Only fans isn't just for porn and sex s***. That's what y'all made it out to be. Just like how ppl thought Snapchat was for sending 'nudes'. You can post whatever exclusive content you want for your fans to see."
