It’s another crazy hot summer here and we are busier than ever! And so is everyone else in our industry.

A couple of months ago, I saw that many manufacturers were closing down due to COVID-19 so, I decided to purchase hundreds of high-quality Rheem air conditioning systems. And boy am I glad that I did because many manufacturers are having trouble stocking systems due to those shut downs.

Here at Moeller, we are all stocked up! Turn to the experts and call us today for your free quote today!

Everything You Need To Know About Refrigerant Leaks

When a refrigerant leak happens, it could be caused by one of two things:

  • Vibrations loosening parts and causing a leak
  • Joints and connections wear down over time

What Are The Impacts?

  • Lowered Air Conditioner Effectiveness
  • Lukewarm Air Blowing Into Your Home
  • High Energy Bills
  • Progressive Air Conditioner Problems

If you are experiencing any of these issues, give our team a call and we can evaluate the situation and let you know your options.

Are You Still Using An R-22 Air Conditioner?

R-22 is the outdated version of refrigerant for AC cooling. The production of this heat-transfer chemical became illegal at the beginning of this year in favor of more environmentally-friendly options.

If you still have an R-22 air conditioner and you're experiencing any of these issues, give our team a call to discuss your options. It is not illegal to own an R-22 AC. However, recharging it will result in higher costs as R-22 has become more difficult to source. We recommend that you continue routine maintenance and begin considering your options for replacement.
