Josh Sacks founded Oink & Moo BBQ after he spent years traveling the country. His goal: to bring the most flavor out of any meat. Shortly after Oink & Moo BBQ launched, it quickly became one of New Jersey's favorite food trucks. 

In 2014, partners Sean Parket and Jon Konopack expanded the business to Philadelphia, where they received the Rookie Of The Year Vendy Award. Just one year later, The Daily Meal named Oink & Moo BBQ the sixth best food truck in the country.
