2. Make the Keyboard & Mouse Easy to Reach

Place these devices on your desk so you can easily reach them without over-extending your arms or bending them completely. Also, add small trays or pads around these items to support your arms and wrists while you type or browse. 3. Place Your Monitor at Eye Level

No matter how comfortable your chair is, you can still experience discomfort if you’re constantly hunched over looking at your computer throughout the day. To rectify this, invest in a large monitor and place it at eye level.

If you’re stuck with a specific monitor that’s a bit too short, angle it upward or place a riser on your desk to lift the screen up to eye level. You might also adjust the brightness or add some extra light to your workspace, so it’s easier to see your screen without leaning forward for hours, which can cause severe back pain.
