The fireworks bonanza is right around the corner and we’re excited to light off some whisker biscuits, spleen splitters, hoosker doos and hoosker don'ts!

Wagyu Tri Tip – most under-rated steak on the cow!  Boneless, triangular shaped muscle that is cooked to medium rare and sliced thin.  This item can’t be beat!

Wagyu Skirt Steak and Wagyu Hanger Steak – Arguably the most flavorful cuts of beef both of these items have a thick cross-grain that can (but doesn’t need to be) marinated and grilled and sliced for fajitas, tacos or just finger-licking good eating!
