One of the most popular items in our catalog is Demi-Baguette, the sandwiched-sized loaves baked smaller than the regular French Baguette that is commonly used for BLT and ham and Swiss sandwiches. A couple of years ago, following increasing demand from our customers and the general public, we decided to introduce  the gluten-free version of this staple.

Berlys, our partner in Spain, developed this variety several years ago to serve celiacs, people with an immune disease that prevents them from eating gluten because it will damage their small intestine. Their R&D department spent months working on a formula that would allow them to develop gluten-free breads with all the flavor and quality of the traditional ones. These breads are prepared in a special, completely isolated, and over pressurized product line to prevent any type of contamination.
