Moving during Covid-19?!?! No worries, we’ve got you covered with these tips designed to help you with the move process as you navigate this uncharted territory.

1. If you hire a moving company, make sure you choose them carefully. Don’t be afraid to state your expectations to make sure you are both on the same page. 

2. Buy new boxes rather than picking up used ones from the store. 

3. Wear masks, gloves, and booties. It is also good to make sure everyone around you is also wearing these.

4. Disinfect frequently touched surfaces like door knobs, handles, and lights switches. You also want to make sure that you thoroughly disinfect your new home before you unpack and settle in.

5.  Place hand sanitizer by the door, that way everyone coming in has access to disinfectant.

6. Put soap and paper towels next to the sink…paper towels, NOT a dish towel.

And of course, always try your best to stay six feet apart.
