We're thrilled to be back in the office to take care of all of our patients! Here are some new guidelines we're putting in place for the time being.

-Please only come by YOURSELF. We are currently asking that you do not bring your children or family members with you. If they are unable to stay in your vehicle for the duration of your appointment or you cannot find care for your children, please call us and we will assist you in rescheduling your appointment.

-Face coverings/masks are NOT mandatory but ENCOURAGED. We cannot provide masks in the office as we are limited to the PPE we currently possess.

-If you or anyone in your home are exhibiting ANY symptoms of illness that may be related to the Covid-19 (shortness of breath, cough, fever, loss of taste or smell) please stay HOME.

-Please be patient with us. We are incorporating many new routines and checklists and it is all as new to us as it is to you.

**Upon entry you will be asked a list of questions that we are REQUIRED to ask you. We will also be taking your temperature before you enter the exam rooms. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call us.**
