Now more than ever don’t be a victim to scammers.  They have called members again threatening to turn off the power unless you pay.  WE HAVE STOPPED ALL DISCONNECTS FOR LATE PAYMENTS. HANG UP ON THEM!! 

They have set up FAKE Jemez Electric credit card payment sites. Only use the Customer Portal through jemezcoop.org or the JMEC phone app. Don’t use links that don’t have jemezcoop.org in them.  

SEDATA is our only payment processing provider.  Look for a payment screen like this;

We provide multiple secure payment option even though our lobbies are temporarily closed.

  • Call any one of our offices and a clerk will gladly take your payment over the phone.
  • Use the JMEC online customer portal shown above. 
  • Use the JMEC phone app.
  • Call the automated payment line 855-479-3686
  • Drop off payments in the secure night drops located at the front of each of our offices.
  • Mail your payment with the return envelope provided or your local office.
