During these uncertain times, please know that we are closely monitoring and following the guidance and protocols of both the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), to help ensure we are doing our part to limit the spread of COVID-19. Since 1970, our family has made the health, safety and well-being of our customers and employees our number one priority. Never more so than now does that remain our first concern.

Please note the following are some of the added safety procedures we have implemented to maintain a safe work environment both in our office and in our customer’s homes:

1. Educating all our staff on means of prevention.
2. Emphasizing frequent and proper hand washing.
3. Maintaining hand sanitizing solutions in our restrooms.
4. Frequent cleaning of high-contact areas both in our office and in all company vehicles.
5. Our Technicians will be equipped with a face mask, gloves and shoe covers as well as using hand sanitizer in the field before, during and after every service call.
6. Employees (office and field) who exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 are instructed to stay home and refer to CDC protocols.
7. Employees who are well but have a sick family member at home with COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has been exposed have been instructed to notify their supervisor and refer to CDC guidance for how to conduct a risk assessment of their own potential exposure.
