Indoor trampoline parks have become increasingly popular across the country. They allow families to spend quality time together and have hours of fun while getting a cardio workout. If you’ve never been to one before, you may have several questions about what to expect during your visit. The guide below contains answers to a few common ones to help you prepare.

What to Know Before Visiting a Trampoline Park

How old do you have to be to play?

Most trampoline parks invite people of all ages to join the fun. There are often separate areas specially designed for young children. There may also be designated spots or special events throughout the week for different age groups.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing, such as athletic attire. Pick loose-fitting, breathable fabrics, including cotton.

For hygiene purposes, no shoes are allowed on trampolines and people should wear socks when jumping. Some centers provide reusable socks you can purchase.

What forms should I fill out?

trampoline parksTrampoline parks require that all jumpers have waivers on file. These documents are requested for insurance purposes.

For those under the age of 18, the waiver must be filled out and signed by a parent or legal guardian. These may need to be completed before booking an event.

Do people who aren’t jumping have to pay?

No. Parents are welcome to accompany their children into trampoline parks free of charge. However, spectators also have to complete waivers.

If a person decides to participate in the action, they can purchase jump time for themselves.
