In the next few weeks, many businesses in Tennessee and Georgia plan to reopen and relax social distancing guidelines. Given that the virus seems to have a disproportionate effect on older populations, the Trailhead Estate Planning team will be more conservative in our reopening plans. 

For the foreseeable future, we will continue to conduct business remotely as much as possible. Attorney Peter Harrison is always available to meet with you over the phone or on a video conference. For business that must happen in-person, such as document signings, we plan to resume our normal operations as soon as possible. If you are a current client awaiting a signing or hearing date, we will be in touch to schedule your appointment. 

In the meantime, if you have an emergency such as a serious illness or hospitalization, please contact our office as soon as possible so that we can work out a safe procedure for a meeting, if necessary. 

Finally, if you have been meaning to schedule an appointment but waiting for business to resume, we recommend calling our office now to get on the calendar.
