Things We Are Doing to Support You During COVID-19

1. Increased Security and Cleaning Procedures

Our top priority is ensuring the health and safety of our employees. In recent weeks, we have made several changes to our daily operations to help protect our workforce. These changes include social distancing measures, enhanced cleaning procedures at our facility and trucks, and the distribution of masks for our employees.

2. Home Delivery Service

Last week we announced that, in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are now offering home delivery service to give our business partners and loyal customers more options to enjoy our products. image

Those businesses that used to operate at retail locations and are now temporarily closed can continue to receive our products in the convenience of their home. Meanwhile, restaurants and coffee shops with pick up and delivery services continue to rely on our distribution network to serve their customers.

3. Increased Inventory Levels

The COVID-19 outbreak is creating industry-wide challenges, including delays in inventory replenishment for certain products. Supermarkets across the nation are experiencing back-orders and declining inventory levels for certain products. To prevent this from happening to us, we have increased collaboration and communication with all our manufacturing partners across Europe and America. Together, are are closely managing inventory levels on both sizes of the supply chain and adjusting orders and shipping times as needed. These measures have helped us prevent stock-outs and we feel confident we will be able to continue serving all the items in our product catalog in the weeks ahead.
