Munson Realty has set forth our best efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic by complying with all suggested and mandated guidelines for controlling the transmission of the virus. We have implemented precautionary measures by increasing hand washing and use of hand sanitizer and regularly cleaning high-touch surfaces as well as maintaining a six-foot distance from customers and tenants who do need to come to our office. We have discontinued showings of occupied rentals for our current residents safety and are offering virtual online tours to prospects.
