Pest Control and COVID 19 Update April 1st, 2020
The pest control industry is regarded as essential and our company will continue to provide services with modifications to our procedures, unless federal or state executive orders preclude our continued operations. These modifications follow the federal guideline recommendations to enhance the safety and welfare of our customers and employees.
All lawn spraying and shrubbery services will continue except that our technicians will observe the federal safe distance recommendations while conversing and delivering invoices and other related material to our customers.
Termite service and termite inspections for sales requests and warranty renewal will be discontinued until May 1st, 2020. Termite inspections for real estate transactions will continue provided the property is vacant of residents during the inspection. Technicians will incorporate federal safe distance recommendations while performing the inspections and delivering documentation and invoices. No warranties will expire as a consequence of COVID 19 related delays.
Exterior pest control services will continue except that our technicians will observe the federal safe distance recommendations while conversing and delivering invoices and other related material to our customers.
Interior and once-a-year pest control services and inspections will be discontinued until May 1st, 2020.
In the interest of safety and the personal welfare of our customers and GreenTec personnel, a re-evaluation of risk due to the COVID 19 crisis will be made on May 1st, 2020.
