Clients please remain in your car when you arrive at the clinic and call 251-955-5900. One of our team members will come to you for check-in and take your pet for their appointment once the space for them is available and ready.

In a time of stress and uncertainty, we would like to reassure our wonderful pet families that we are still open Monday-Friday from 8-5 for all of your veterinary needs.

Beginning Monday, March 23rd, we need your assistance to assure that our clients and our staff stay as safe as possible during this time. In general, we are asking you to:

Limit the number of people presenting pets to our clinic to one or two people per pet.

We will have staff members available outside on our front porch to check in all patients and assist you with your pets before a technician will take you and your pet to the exam room for his or her appointment with their doctor.

If you would like to wait in your car, please phone us from your car at 251-955-5900 upon arrival and we can send one of our team members out to greet you.

Practice extremely high levels of hand hygiene and utilize the hand sanitizers located in the clinic.

Please use our smartphone app when requesting your appointments or need medication refills. If you do not have access to our smartphone app, please phone ahead to order required prescription medicine refills or food so that we can arrange to have them ready for you without the need to wait. You may visit our website to download our smartphone app or ask for staff assistance.

Let us know if you are running low on medication, food and other prescription items well in advance to make sure we have what you need in stock.

If are self-isolating or have returned from international travel, we ask that you delay your consultation until the period of isolation is over. If you have cold or flu symptoms, we ask that you wait until your symptoms are resolved before coming to the clinic.

We are working very hard to ensure we can continue to provide complete veterinary care to your precious fur babies.
