We are Essential and OPEN for Business, Waterloo, Illinois

To our valued customers
Following Governor Pritzker’s stay at home order, we wanted to let everyone know that J&J Septic and Sewer Cleaning / Econ-O-Johns will be open during these times.
Our first priority is the safety of our employees, customers & community. Our employees will be following CDC recommendations to keep you and our staff safe.
This includes thoroughly washing of hands with soap & water and using hand sanitizer when water is not available. We will continue to pump septic tanks, cabling of sewer lines and rental & cleaning of portable toilets. Although we do most of our work outside, in the event of a sewer backup, we may have to enter your home. Our service technicians will follow the safe distance rules to avoid close contact with our customers.
To avoid further close contact, you may leave a check at your door or call the office and we would be happy to receive the credit card information and send you a paid receipt.
Furthermore, if any of our employees or family members have any COVID-19 symptoms, they will be sent home on quarantine per CDC guidelines.
We remain committed to servicing all of our customers as efficiently and as quickly as we possibly can.
Thank You
