At Flathead Animal Clinic, the health and well-being of your pet and family are our top priority. As the situation around COVID-19 continues to evolve we want to assure you that we plan to remain open to provide care for our ill pets. We are taking additional steps to keep patients, clients, and employees healthy and safe. We have implemented curbside service for all our patients that need care,and clients that need to pickup medications, supplies, and food for their pets. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment please call the office at (406)755-5046 to let us know you have arrived. We will then facilitate a technician to come out to your vehicle and retrieve your pet to bring inside for their exam. Upon completion of the exam the veterinarian will then contact you via phone to discuss findings, treatments, and diagnosis. After payment is processed over the phone a technician will then bring out your pet along with medications, supplies, and/or food needed. If you have a prescription, supplies or food that needs to be picked up please call 24 hours in advance to let us know and follow the same guidelines above for when you arrive. At this time we are not scheduling routine surgeries per the guidelines of the AVMA as not to use our surgical supplies since they are very hard to acquire at this time.

We are hopeful that this protocol will lessen, and curve the spread of the virus. We appreciate your patience, and cooperation as we work together during this public health crisis.
