For the first time in 80 years, there will be high school football at Fenway on Thanksgiving, November 26th. The first matchup is Wellesley-Needham, the oldest high school rivalry in the country facing off for the 128th time. That game kicks off at 9am and will be followed by English High School versus Boston Latin at noon.

The Wellesley Raiders head into today’s game against Braintree with just one loss against Milton. (Saturday’s game was a nail biter that went down to the final two minutes.) The overall record between Wellesley and Needham is 60-58-9, with Wellesley on top and looking for revenge after last year’s Thanksgiving loss.
