Dear Dells Animal Hospital friends and family:

As of today, 03/20/2020, we are open for business, but our doors will be locked. Call or text 608-253-7361 when you arrive, one of our staff will be out to assist you and bring your pet in for treatment. Clients must stay in your car. Thank you for your continued support and understanding in this very important matter.

Patient and client safety is of utmost importance to us. In order to continue to serve our community as best as we can we have to enforce strict guidelines of how we continue to practice.

We can no longer have clients in the building. We must please ask all of you to stay in your car, to not walk your dogs by other clients, and to call or text us when you arrive. We will check you in over the phone and when a doctor is available, a technician will be out to get your pet and bring it in for treatment, then return your pet to you. Payment can be given to the technician or paid over the phone with a credit card.

We want you to know that these changes are critically necessary to ensure the health of you, our clients, and our staff. We cannot do our jobs to care for your beloved pets if we do not stay healthy ourselves.

Most importantly, we ask you to stay home if you are feeling sick or feverish. We care about your health and the health of those around you.
