First and foremost our top priority at this moment is the safety of you and our employees. We have taken several measures to secure our environment and continue to service our customers’ needs as we continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation surrounding COVID-19.

 

We have temporarily suspended all walk-ins and cash payments in our offices UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. All transactions through the agency will ONLY be done by phone. Documents, applications and endorsements will have to be emailed or faxed.

 

For our cash/money order paying customers, we recommend uploading your funds to a debit card or pre-paid card with the 3(CVV) digits on the back.

 

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will be back to having face to face transactions when it is safe to do.  As always you are the most important part of Superior Insurance.
