INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19

At First State Bank we are committed to our employees, customers and the communities we serve. Like many other businesses we have made the decision to close our lobbies. By using the drive-thru window and ITMs, along with other digital channels, we can minimize the health risk to our employees and customers during this Pandemic. Lobby access may be granted by appointment for transactions that cannot be completed via drive-thru, ITM, phone, or Online. To setup an appointment please call 479-498-2400.

We want you to know we are monitoring the rapidly changing circumstances related to COVID -19 and following the recommendations of the CDC. First State Bank has a Business Continuity Plan in place and will continue to provide the level of service our customers have come to know and expect.

As a reminder, we offer several ways to access your accounts and meet your banking needs outside the branch:

Online Banking – Check balances, pay bills, transfer funds.

Mobile Banking – Check Balances, pay bills, transfer funds and deposit checks. Online banking customers can download our mobile banking app through Apple’s App Store or Android’s Google Play Store.

Interactive Teller Machines/24-hr ATM – Our Interactive Teller Machines allow customers to drive up and speak with a Live Teller to make deposits, loan payments, balance inquires and cash withdrawals weekdays 7am to 7pm and Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm. They also operate as an ATM 24-hours a day.

We are closely watching the situation and will continue to provide updates on our website and social media should any changes occur to normal business hours and services.
