As a valued client of Maid Brigade, we really appreciate the trust you place in us to care for your home and family. We recognize the ongoing and increased uncertainty that Coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing and our highest priority is the health and well-being of our customers and employees.

 

With that in mind, we wanted to take a moment to share with you some of the actions our team has taken in response to the outbreak.

 

  • We will not send a sick employee into your home. Employees exhibiting any symptoms will be sent home immediately.
  • To protect our employees and other customers, we will not clean homes if anyone in the home is sick or showing flu-like symptoms.
  • We currently have a hospital-grade disinfectant that can be used in your home upon request at an additional cost.
  • Team members will wear gloves if requested by the customer.
  • Team members will be required to wash hands thoroughly and frequently with soap and water upon entering the home and before leaving the home.
  • Teams are disinfecting equipment after every home.
  • Teams are disinfecting the interior of vehicles daily (between each home).
  • Cleaning cloths brought into your home are clean and unused. Our whole-house cleaning method uses color-coded microfiber cloths to eliminate cross-contamination between rooms.
  • Cleaning cloths are washed daily with 2 cups of hospital grade peroxide mixture for additional disinfection along with detergent and hot water.

 

As this situation continues to evolve rapidly, we realize that this is an uncertain time for everyone’s health, but rest assured, we at Maid Brigade are doing all we can to help stop the spread of these germs one-house cleaning at a time!
