Patton Insurance Group is here to help during the Coronavirus outbreak

At Patton Insurance Group, we are committed to doing our part. We will adhere to the CDC and Governor Dewine’s social distancing recommendations. In an effort to protect the health and safety of our clients, their families, our community, and our staff, Patton Insurance Group will be closed to the general public and face-to-face meetings.

WE ARE STILL AVAILABLE TO ASSIST WITH ALL YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS!

In response to the ongoing changes, we ask that you consider taking the following actions when interacting with our office.

  • Please call our office (937)886-9966, email us at info@pattoninsurancegroup.com or text us. While we always enjoy the interaction with our clients, social distancing takes top priority in stopping the spread of COVID-19. While we have not formally closed the office, we are trying to lessen the direct interaction with clients in our effort to stop the potential spread of COVID-19.
  • If you normally pay your bill by coming to the office with cash, please use every effort to pay by check or convert your cash onto a refillable debit card and contact us via telephone to process your payment.  You may utilize the drop box outside our front door to make your payment, but please do not place cash in the drop box.

 

We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience, but the ever changing world we live in requires us to make difficult decisions at times. Despite these temporary changes we will continue to provide the highest level of service as humanly possible. We trust you understand.
