As a proactive step to limit the spread of Covid-19, we have created a payment window on the north side of our building.  As government and health officials have encouraged our communities to take preventive steps for the well-being of our clients and families, Northwoods Insurance Agency is recommending that our clients conduct their business via phone and email. To insure your health and safety, we are discouraging  lobby traffic and cash payments in the office and request that you utilize the payment window.  We are taking this situation seriously and our dedicated team is committed to serving your insurance needs.   We currently are open and available Monday thru Friday via phone and email from 8:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M.  You can process your premium payments, claims and coverage changes by calling us at 715-478-2215 or emailing us at office@northwoodsinsurance.com.  We will continue to update you with any changes as this crisis unfolds.
