• 3-5 years of experience
• A good driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Able to troubleshoot and fix all types of systems and equipment
• Must be EPA and 410-A certified
• Must be able to follow instructions and directions
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including overtime
• N.A.T. E Certification, preferred but not required
• Must have own tools
• Have a strong desire to advance
• Must have good writing, communication and organizational skills
