Dear Peach State Tutoring & Test Prep Families,

We hope you find this well.

We are closely monitoring the CDC Guidelines regarding COVID-19 and want to provide an update of the steps we're taking to ensure the health and safety of our students and staff, who are our top priorities.

All of our programs and services are ongoing; any updates or changes will be communicated to you via email.

Students and parents also have the option to shift to Live Online Tutoring should they wish to during this time. Simply call or email us to let us know and we can make the change.

Since early March, we have also instructed our cleaning crew to clean and disinfect the center daily to ensure that we have safe and clean learning environment for students. The cleaning crew has been directed to disinfect commonly used surfaces like tables, chairs, computers, door handles, water coolers, and bathrooms.

In addition to the above, our staff will also does the following:

• Wipe down computers and tables as frequently as possible
• Wash their hands or use hand sanitizer between instructional sessions, parent meetings, etc.
• Wash their hands as soon as they arrive and anytime they feel like they need to
• Avoid touching their face with unwashed hands
• Avoid handshakes, high-fives, and fist-bumps
• Ask students to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer as soon as they come in or begin their session

The health and safety of our students and staff are our top priorities.
