At this time Nova Property is going to be putting into place SOCIAL DISTANCING. We are implementing that you use our drop box on the front door for your rent. Please ONLY use money orders, cashier’s checks or personal checks.  Sorry for the inconvenience but NO CASH at this time. The office will be open but the door locked for our regular business hours for now. M-F 8am-5pm to take phone calls and or answer emails you help you thru this.
