In light of the recent events and concerns regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are taking steps to help minimize the spread of any and al viruses and illnesses.  We serve many customers and enter a lot of homes, so we are taking the following precautions to ensure the safety of our customers, our staff, and our families:

• Avoiding close contact.  This includes handshaking and close physical distance.
• Staying home when sick.  All Windows Plus employees have been instructed to stay home if they have any symptoms of sickness, and to refrain from coming to our showroom or our customers’ homes.  We ask our customers that if they or their family members are sick, or if they have any concerns, we are happy to reschedule your appointments and installations to a time that’s more convenient for you.
• Maintaining personal sanitation.  Our staff has been instructed to wash/sanitize their hands before entering our customers’ homes, and to wash their hands frequently and effectively throughout the day.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitized workplace.  We are increasing our cleaning regimen at our showroom and sanitizing commonly used areas thoroughly and regularly.  

Windows Plus is committed to offering the best service in the industry.  As of now, we are happy to continue running appointments and installations in a responsible manner, and keeping our showroom open for our customers.
