We have received many calls from clients regarding how Governor DeWine’s recent announcement to close Ohio schools for 3 weeks affects existing court orders for Spring Break parenting time.  We checked with the Licking County Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, and we were advised that the Spring Break parenting time will remain as originally scheduled per your court order, and it will not be extended by Governor DeWine’s order.  Any additional time that children have away from school will follow your ordinary parenting time schedule provided in your order.
