He is an expert at making an accurate analysis of difficulties that customers sometimes have with their lawn, and he has a comprehensive background at making product choices that will provide a remedy to the challenges at hand. 

He primarily regards himself as a customer service representative who is at your service to answer questions, follow up to make sure that his suggested remedies are working for you and to make modifications if necessary so that your property can look its best.
