  • Mow the lawn and reshape hedges.
  • Maintain existing landscaping or plant something new.
  • Wash and arrange outdoor furniture.
  • Test in-ground sprinkler system.
  • If needed, treat trees for illness and dying branches.
  • Survey your home’s exterior for broken shingles, leaks and general wear.
  • Inspect the foundation for cracks.
  • Power-wash grime from the exterior, including the driveway, porches and patios.
