Perhaps you reside in a rural area that is outside of the SCC’s service area. Maybe you’re within the service area and would love the opportunity to attend class remotely in real time. Robots make it possible to remain where you are without missing class, allowing you to ask questions, chat with fellow students, enjoy group discussions, and do everything else you would normally do in the traditional face-to-face classroom.

Those With Personal Issues

Attending class isn’t always possible because of reasons beyond your control. If your child becomes sick, for example, you can still participate in class while taking care of the little one. Your own ailments and health issues may also impair your ability to travel to campus.
