2. Take a Load Off
Even in the right shoes, standing or walking for hours can lead to foot pain and swelling. Sit down when you can, even if it’s just for a minute or two. If you’ve had a particularly long day, stretch them out or roll your soles against a manual massage ball. Icing your feet can also soothe soreness.
