Technical Support Specialist (immediate opening)
This is a cloud-based (also known as VoIP) Network support position with a 20 year old growing company based in Greensboro, NC. This is a great opportunity for a fast learner with extraordinary customer service skills and a knack for technology to learn many different aspects of cloud-based telephone services and grow with the company. You will never be bored or have nothing to do, but will constantly be challenged to problem solve when the answers are not readily available, learning about and using networking and cloud-based technologies while providing excellent customer service to our customers.
