1. Do Some Exercises

Set a reminder on your phone every 30 minutes as a posture check. When the alarm rings, walk around your desk or stretch your legs a few times throughout the day to keep your blood circulating. 

Move your head from side to side, stretching your neck to elongate the spine. Then, try to touch your ear to your shoulder to stretch your neck as much as possible, but be careful not to strain it. Try to sit up straight for long periods, and if your spine aches, move your shoulders clockwise and counterclockwise five times each to loosen up the muscles for optimal pain relief. 

2. Use Support
