Patients wear them 20-22 hours a day and soak them for the remaining time. Gradually, the trays will move teeth into the correct position. The total treatment time is around one year.

While discreet, Invisalign can’t correct more serious alignment issues, such as over- and underbites. It’s often not recommended for young children since they require more care than traditional braces.
