When Turnkey LED first contacted the tenant at this 30,000 sqft manufacturing facility to investigate a lighting upgrade, the tenant knew they needed new lighting but weren’t sure if was worth the investment.  Turnkey LED performed a lighting analysis and presented the tenant with all the metrics so they could make an informed decision.  We discovered that the current lighting usage was about $1485 per month.  The LED fixtures we installed will cost about $350 per month, and with rebates, will take about two years to pay off the entire retrofit.  As an additional value add to our client, we negotiated with the landlord and were able to convince him to split this cost which brought the return on investment down to one year. 

The client was blown away with the added lighting quality and instant on off capability of the LED’s.  He conveyed that their welding and painting errors are way down and the morale in the shop is up.  His workers said they experienced significant relief in eye strain and headaches, likely caused by diminished flicker and the overall increased lighting quality.
