Just in time for the height of fall, ESquared Hospitality, BLT Prime Miami and vintner Kathryn Hall are joining hands to present an evening of fine dining and exceptional wines. As part of the ongoing Wine Dinner Series, on October 21st, Kathryn Hall will be curating a menu carefully paired to excite even the most discerning palate.
With over nearly 40 years of experience in the wine industry, Kathryn Hall has consistently produced highly rated Cabernet Sauvignon wines. She serves as proprietress of the HALL Wines and WALT Wines vineyards, from which she has hand selected outstanding vintages for the exclusive menu at this private dining event.
The dinner menu features five courses highlighting the freshest and most decadent ingredients, including a poached lobster carpaccio and braised bison short ribs. A flat fee of $95 per person includes all courses and wine pairings, as well as tax and gratuity.
BLT Prime Miami is the signature restaurant of Trump National Doral, and the second restaurant under the acclaimed BLT Prime banner.
