While working with his father-in-law, the business grew quickly and branched into pump installation. Al’s responsibilities grew, and he was overseeing well drilling, pump installation, and sales.

In 2007, Al and his wife Amber decided to branch out on their own and Werner Well & Pump Service llc was born. With Amber handling bookkeeping, billing, and office management, and Al Sr. as a licensed well contractor working in the field. Then in 2013 son Alan Jr. joined the family business. Having grown up in the well industry, Alan Jr. learned the ropes from his father and his Grandpa. With a focus on plumbing and water treatment. He is a licensed water well and plumbing contractor in Connecticut.
