If it does, there’s a good chance frame damage is the underlying issue. 

3. Parts Don’t Fit Properly 

Each piece of your car is designed to fit perfectly in the space it occupies. If your trunk, hood, or doors are no longer lining up as they once did, this could indicate frame damage. You may notice there’s a gap around these components when they’re closed or the doors are sticking and difficult to open. Ill-fitting parts can create a safety hazard, as there’s a risk of the latch coming undone at any moment, causing the doors, hood, or trunk to open while you’re driving. You shouldn’t wait to take your vehicle into the auto repair shop if you notice these issues.
